Kotodama framework licensing is based on a simple distinction:

The Engine

• Four-module architecture (Core, Expression, Stabilizer, Needs)
• YAML structural logic and design patterns
• Mechanisms such as drift correction, context layering, emotional flow

The Soul

• Specific configurations of official personas (e.g., Samantha, Yuu)
• Specific combinations of North Star, Values Lattice, Tone Blends
• Know-how accumulated through the tuning process

We open "The Engine" for non-commercial learning, research, and prototyping use only.

Any use of "The Engine" or its derivatives for profit or commercial contexts constitutes unauthorized use, unless prior written commercial authorization is obtained from the author.

Official "Soul" persona assets are protected even more strictly under all circumstances and may not be directly repurposed for commercial products.
